If you're looking for a great nutritious yogurt, you might love to try lifeway kefir. I learned about kefir from www.influenster.com. I'am so glad that Influenster and lifeway sent me a voucher with one free product and $1.00 off to test and review Lifeway Kefir, I've tried the plain, pomegranate and blueberry lifeway kefir, they are delicious not to thick or not to light love it. They are probiotic with 10 different kinds of good bacteria. they're great for breakfast, lunch or snack option. A cup is about 140 calories,so if you're looking to losing some pounds this's a good option for you, is inexpensive and good for you all at the same time. It's very good cold, my 3 years old son and me love it cold and something with fruit.
